Misssing auras? - Guild Wars Forums

You all know when you fight a boss monster it has a glowing aura arund it which says what proffesion it is.. well i don't have those and i was wondering if anyone knew why i don't have them?

You may have an older video card that doesn't support the shader effect that is used to produce the glow.

your card has to support direct x 8/9 to see it

if it only supports direct x 7 you will not see the effect

note that direct x 9 COMPATABLE is not the same as direct x 9 COMPLIANT
